When preparing this menu, please make enough servings to have leftovers. You will be using them for your Friday Menu.
Middle Biscuit Balsamic Tenderloin
1 cup Balsamic Vinegar Salad Dressing
¼ cup Water
Place pork tenderloin into the insert of your slow cooker. Pour 1 cup of Balsamic Vinegar Salad Dressing (shake bottle well) and ¼ cup of water over pork and set the timer for your slow cooker. (6-8 hours on Low).
2 (16 ounce) cans pork and beans
¼ cup chopped onions
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix baked beans with pork, onions, brown sugar and ketchup together and put in a greased casserole dish. Cover and bake until thick.
Cabbage and carrots, shredded
½ cup mayonnaise or slaw dressing
Salt and Pepper to taste
Some people add sugar to their slaw. Most slaw dressings already include sugar.
You will be using the leftover Middle Biscuit Balsamic Tenderloin to make Barbecue Sandwiches on Friday. You will also add bacon to the leftover baked beans to make a tasty updated dish on Friday as well. Your slaw can be used to accompany any meal throughout the week.
