Easy Peasy Chicken!

I tried the pre-made home delivered meals. They were pretty good, but I felt like I was feeding my family expensive fancy tv dinners. Oh no, I think just revealed how old I am. I wanted something I could cook that was quick, simple and easy. Thanks to grocery delivery/order and pick up. I can order my own meals, prepare them at home and save money.

One of my chicken menu schedules included Tomato & Basil Seasoned Chicken I order from Aldi

I order two packs and cook them both in the oven

I follow the instructions for cooking in the oven

Now I have great pre-seasoned chicken that only took 15 minutes to cook and ready for two different meals.

Parmesan Chicken Angel Hair Pasta

(This is my own creation)

One Package of Tomato & Basil Seasoned Cooked

3-4 cups of cooked Angel Hair Pasta

1 Tablespoon Butter

1 24 oz jar of Pasta Sauce

1 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese

  1. Cut Tomato & Basil Seasoned Chicken into even portions to bake. Bake according to package directions.

  2. Put 1 tablespoon of butter in a deep dish pan, turn heat to low.

  3. Add cooked Angel Hair Past (I used pasta left over from Monday's Spaghetti and Meatballs.)

  4. Stir pasta, Parmesan Cheese and butter.

8. Add cooked Tomato & Basil Seasoned Chicken, cut into slices.

9. Add pasta sauce heat on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.

10. Serve with shredded Parmesan cheese as topping.

Use Second Half of Baked Tomato Basil Chicken for any of these Delicious Meals:

Or you can simply add the tomato & basil chicken to a garden or Italian salad mix with vinaigrette salad dressing for a keto meal.

Please let me know if you try any of these dishes and if you enjoyed the results.

Thanks so much!
