Chicken Mull

Chicken Mull is a Northeast Georgia regional food. If you talk to someone from Augusta or Rome, Georgia most will tell you they have never heard of Chicken Mull. It is an easy and simple soup/stew type recipe and the majority of people who have ever eaten any love it!


3 Cooked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

1/2 Gallon of Whole or 2% Milk

1 Stick of Salted Butter

1/2 tsp red pepper

1/2 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp salt


Place the butter and milk in a non-stick pan on medium heat.


Grind chicken breast to a fine consistency in food processer.




Add ground chicken to milk and butter mixture in heated pan.


Cover pan and heat on medium to low until butter is completely melted. Stirring occasionally.


Once butter is melted serve with saltine crackers and hot sauce (optional).
