
Barbecue Sandwich & Baked Beans
Leftover Balsamic Tenderloin

½ cup of water
1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
Cut tenderloin in bite size pieces, place into a crockpot, add water and barbecue sauce cook on low for 2 hours. Serve with butter toasted hamburger or sandwich buns.
Baked Beans
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Leftover Baked Beans
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup of ketchup
4 slices of bacon
Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish. Combine leftover baked beans, water, and ketchup. Spread baked bean mixture into the baking dish and top with 4 strips of bacon. Bake at 350 degrees until bacon is brown and crisp.
If you have any slaw leftover it makes a great side dish with this meal. I also love pickles with this meal!!!
